Science Experiment

Today at school we did an science experiment. We put water in a cup and then we put food die in the cup and last of all we put white flowers in the cup. The flowers weren't changing that quickly so Mrs Swinburn added more food colouring. We have been waiting all day for the flowers to change colour and now they are starting to change. After the weekend when we came back to school on Monday the were mainly all coloured. Have you ever done a science experiment?

Peer Mediation

We were learning about conflict with Mrs Zuckerman. She said that conflict isn't always bad. I had so much fun. I have a question for you have you ever had to get a peer mediator and ask them for help?

A Great Classmate

We were learning and writing about being a great classmate. I think it was fun because we got to talk and learn about being a great classmate. I could improved by getting more words and find my own ideas to put on my own slide instead of telling everyone. I could work better if I stopped talking to my friends and get on with it.

All about Me

This is the first week in my new class. My teacher is Mrs Swinburn and I am in Ruma Piwakawaka. I have shared some interesting things about myself and made a self portrait using the tools on Google Drawing. Are you in a new class this year? Have you ever tried to make a self portrait on Google Drawing?

Descriptive Writing

My biggest area I improved on is writing six sentences in less then 35 minutes. I am most proud of my effort because I chose the picture that I knew I was going to write more descriptive sentences and words.

Book Report

WILLIAMS WHEEL OF SPORT by Paige Shahadat I would like to improve on getting it done faster and not talking and mucking around. My biggest area I improved on was doing the writing and doing a lot of writing. I am most proud of my effort because I got it done and we could not carry on after the beginning because we hadn't read the middle.

Scribble Art

This art work was fun and I liked how it turned out. I did an owl and I did blue eyes and a yellow nose. you had to scribble on two pieces of paper and the you dyed it. Then you had to rip up the two pieces of paper and then glue them on to a black piece of paper.
