What I didn't do In the holiday

I am most proud of my effort because I did lots of writing. I liked this kind of writing because it was fun and you could write something that you didn't do in the holidays. I only needed a bit of help. When you had finished your writing you got to draw a picture of something that you didn't do in the holidays.

2D shapes

We have been learning how to know how much sides and corner are on shapes. A square has 4 sides and corners. It was hard to cont up all the shapes with lots of sides and corners. It was easy to do the circle and oval. I like maths because some of the maths activities are hard and easy.

What fraction of each shape is shaded

We are learning fractions. The easy bit about it was doing the fraction. The hard bit about it was when I had to count how many pieces there were in the shape.

Adding to Make Teen Numbers

We are learning how to make teen numbers. My biggest area I improved on is putting the number in the box. I am most proud of how I put the number in the box. I would like to improve on getting the numbers done faster.

Adding Tens

We are learning how to Add tens using bonds to 10. My biggest area I improved on is the answers for the top of the page. I learnt that using our basic facts can make bigger numbers. I am most proud of my numbers that I had to do at the bottom. I would like to improve on getting this done faster.

Mixed writing

This writing is about when there is three bags and they all have one word on them the words were where, who and when. The thing that was easy was to write a story about the four peice of paper. The hard thing was to think of what you need to make a story of with the four strips of paper.

Animation

We have been learning how to do an animation, they are really fun. I do not like the way the plasticine goes under your finger nails. I like that you can make stuff out of plasticine. My group did Candyland Sleepover.It was hard to make the castle because we did not have enough plasticine but then we got some more.
